What is Perio Protect?

Most patients only need to wear their Perio Tray for a few minutes each day, but treatment time varies depending on your specific case and the extent of your infection.

While you wear your Perio Tray, specially prescribed solutions, usually oxidizing and oxygenating agents, will be placed into the periodontal pockets to chemically remove the protective coating of the biofilm and cleanse the open pockets. Most Perio Protect patients describe the treatment as comfortable, convenient, and completely non-invasive.
