Take Part In 2017’s Leprechaun Race March 12

Start training, and find something green you can run in, because the 2017 Leprechaun Race is happening Sunday, March 12. This fun, friendly race takes runners throughout the Wells Avenue district and Midtown Reno, starting at the Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum. Runners and walkers alike are encouraged to join the fifth annual running of this event, which adds a bit of fitness to your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. While the race is all in good fun, participants are encouraged to see if they can beat the Leprechaun – finishing the race before him means winning a special prize!

When:

The fifth annual Leprechaun Race is being held on Sunday, March 12. The race will begin at 8:30am.

Where:

The course will take participants through the Wells Avenue district, and through Midtown Reno. The starting line will be at the Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum, which is located at 490 South Center Street, Reno, NV 89501.

Activities Include:

A relaxed 5K course for running enthusiasts of varying skill levels. Runners who beat the Leprechaun in the race can pick up a special prize!
