Take Part In Reno Open Streets On July 31

take part in Reno Open Streets July 31 On Sunday, July 31, local residents can come out to downtown Reno and enjoy a day of fun thanks to the Open Streets event. Streets will be blocked off from car usage, so people can move about freely on foot, or on bike. There will be many vendors on site, with special food offerings, as well as yoga classes, dance sessions, advice on health matters, and more! Open Streets is also focused on helping to put a spotlight on local businesses, to help celebrate all the great opportunities within the community.

When:

Sunday, July 31. The event will run from 10 am until 3 pm.

Where:

The event will be held in the downtown Reno area. A section of the space between Riverside Drive and Arlington River, around the Truckee River, will be set aside for Open Streets.

Cost:

There is no listed cost to enter the event, however several vendors and local businesses will be on hand offering different items.

Activities Include:

The event is centered on both health and environmental awareness. There will be yoga, dance sessions, and health information. There will also be several food vendors operating in the area.
