We may have a few months between now and Christmas, but the holiday season provides no shortage of opportunities for tasty treats. If you need some extra motivation to stay fit, or you are looking for an opportunity to make friends and keep up with your cardio, consider signing up for the Reno Santa Dash. This race, which will be held on Saturday, December 16, will provide a course that runs through downtown Reno. You can don your best Christmas costume, throw on your running shoes, and enjoy an invigorating race through Reno that will help you celebrate the holidays, while also avoiding the potential weight gain that tends to accompany this treat-heavy time of year.

When:

The Reno Santa Dash is schedule for Saturday, December 16. The race will begin at 11 am, with last-minute registrations and packet pick-ups starting at 9:30 am that day.

Where:

The race will take runners throughout downtown Reno, starting at Wingfield Park.
