Enjoy The Reno-Sparks Water Lantern Festival July 21!

On Saturday, July 21, residents in and around Reno can witness the beautiful sight of lanterns set to drift during the Reno-Sparks Water Lantern Festival! During this special evening event, the waters at the Sparks Marina will be illuminated with lanterns that are decorated by participants, and set adrift. You can see the spectacle of the water enlivened by the lanterns’ glow, and you can enjoy an evening out with fun, food, and music! Like a lantern, a bright smile can light up a room. When:

The Reno-Sparks Water Lantern Festival will take place on Saturday, July 21. Guests will be admitted at 5 pm, and lantern designing will start at 7:30 pm.

Where:

The festival is being held at the Sparks Marina.

Cost:

If you wish to order tickets, you can do so here. Kids seven and younger will be admitted at no cost.

Activities Include:

You can design your lantern, and send it out to float at the Sparks Marina. There will also be food, live music, and plenty of socializing for Reno and Sparks residents!
