The Toytopia exhibit has more than 100 years of history on display through a range of toys spanning different eras. Of course, something like a toy exhibit practically demands some interaction – several engaging, hands-on exhibits will be available. From now until Friday, April 28, you can attend the AFAN Youth Art Month exhibit. The exhibit, being held at Lake Mansion, is meant to contribute to the nationwide celebration of Youth Art Month. The Lake Mansion collection has been cultivated through workshops cultivated by Arts For all Nevada. The group traveled to different schools in the area, helping special needs students create expressive work. The ninth annual Reno Ukulele Festival is happening soon at the Nugget Casino Resort. This year’s event will run from Thursday, April 6 through Sunday, April 9. During these three days, you can see performances from some of the top ukulele players in their field, take part in workshops, and join in on a number of engaging activities.
